BALI MED SPA POLICY
Our policies have been created to improve your experience and to enhance our ability to serve you at Bali Med Spa.
Please review the following.

Age requirements
Patients under must 18 must have a parent or guardian to sign a consent to receive any services.

Credit Card Policy
We require all patients to provide a valid credit card to put on file to hold for all appointments/services.

24-hour cancellation notice
We have reserved time and space especially for you and therefore require 24-hours’ notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than this notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. No shows will result in charging you 100% of the service. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.Please arrive on time for all appointments to ensure the completion of all services booked. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival. We look forward to seeing you!

Cell phones
To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa.

Refunds
Bali Med Spa will not refund any cosmetic or exchange any products. Gift Cards are Non-Refundable.
